Promoted and coordinated by ASSIMAGRA, Broot is a project aimed at enhancing the strong heritage of Portuguese natural stone and boost the industry of the country, through a collection of original design pieces.
Starting from the stone as core element, the pieces created in the context of this first collection invite a dialogue between different natural materials that grow out of the earth, coming from various regions of the country.
Named “Dialogues”, the first edition of Broot Collection emerges from the dialogue between designers, artists and architects, comprising a total of 25 pieces made of traditional materials and following contemporary artistic visions.
Events
Between September 2024 and October 2025, the collection will be showcased in the major art, design and architecture international fairs, with a piece by each of the five invited creators.
